HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS:

Payments for Real Estate Tax, Montour School Tax and Sewage

Mail payments directly to:

For your convenience, payments for Real Estate Tax, Montour School Tax and Sewage are accepted during our normal business hours at the Kennedy Tax Office located at 340 Forest Grove Road (lower level).

Payments may also be dropped off at the Police Base 4pm – 11pm Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES:

Real Estate Tax:

2% Discount Due: 5/31

Face Amount Due: 7/31

10% Penalty After:  7/31

Montour School District Tax:

2% Discount Due:  9/30

Face Amount Due:  11/30

10% Penalty After: 11/30

A payment plan is also available for the Montour School Tax.  Three (3) payments based on the face amount:

1^st payment due 8/31

2^nd payment due 10/31

3^rd payment due 12/15

Sewage Payments (Due quarterly):

1^st payment due end of February

2^nd payment due end of May

3^rd payment due end of August

4^th payment due end of November
